2007 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinctive blend representing all of our premier vineyard properties. 2007 was a winemaker’s growing season; phenological events, ideal climactic conditions and moderate temperatures throughout harvest provided optimal ripening and exceptional fruit quality. Selecting the fi nest fruit from each of our own estate vineyard sites and select vineyard partners allowed us to create an incredibly well-balanced and fruit-forward wine.
Displaying deep, dark garnet color and lovely aromas of marion berry, bramble, chocolate plum and all-spice; the palate is lush and concentrated with boysenberry, cassis, anise and semisweet chocolate. Rewarding now, this wine will continue to evolve and delight for 5-10 years.
