2005 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Each year, we hand select fruit from among the finest blocks of our four Napa Valley estate vineyards to craft our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2005, we also sourced distinctive fruit from a handful of accomplished winegrowing partners to further heighten the complexity of this powerful, fruit-driven wine.

The 2005 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows rich, concentrated aromatics of currant, blackberry, and ripe cherry complemented by hints of toasty oak. Flavors of leather and nutmeg coalesce with plum and vanilla in the concentrated mid-palate and settle into a seductive, chewy finish. This wine is ready to enjoy now
and will continue to mature and evolve for the next 7-10 years.
